The call is conducted by Anthony Rosario directly, runs for a defined 30 minutes, and follows a structured line of inquiry designed to surface whether the leadership environment you are inside actually matches what a Revenant engagement is built to address.

Every discovery call at Revenant is conducted by Anthony personally, because the fit assessment requires hearing the leader describe their own environment in their own language. That signal cannot be delegated. If the fit is strong, Anthony is also the person who will lead the engagement itself, so the discovery call functions as the first real working conversation between you.

How the Conversation Is Structured

The call is a structured conversation, not a casual introduction. Anthony will ask specific questions about the leadership environment you are operating inside, the organizational shifts you are currently navigating, the context around your role and the people who report to you, and what a successful outcome would actually look like six to twelve months from now. The goal is diagnostic clarity, not information gathering. By the end of the 30 minutes, both sides should have a clear read on whether a Revenant engagement would create genuine leverage or whether a different path makes more sense.

What Happens Next

If the fit is strong, Anthony will follow up with a written needs assessment and an engagement proposal that defines the scope, deliverables, cadence, and investment level of the work. Onboarding happens only after mutual alignment on engagement scope. If the fit is not right, Anthony will tell you directly during the call itself and point you toward a different direction when a better option is visible. You will not receive a follow-up sequence, a downsell, or a rehearsed nurture email flow. That is not how Revenant operates.
